“Mental health: a matter for both companies and investors”

The working group dedicated to the theme “Mental Health: A Matter for Both Companies and Investors” focuses on exploring a key issue of social sustainability that lies at the heart of corporate performance.

Co-founded by Sycomore AM, this working group aims to produce a white paper based on key findings, existing best practices and forward-looking perspectives. Its objective is to raise awareness and support both companies and investors in achieving a better understanding and integration of mental health issues, both internally (employees) and externally (clients and consumers). It will also build on the existing coalition initiated by Sycomore AM on the mental health of tech users and further refine its Happy@Work methodology to strengthen dialogue and engagement with companies.
